Police Fire and Crime Commissioner Danielle Stone and Sarah Bool MP hosted an engaging Town Hall meeting at the Tove Valley Centre in Towcester last Friday, bringing together local residents, farmers and partners to discuss challenges facing rural communities.
Danielle and Sarah were joined on the panel by Northamptonshire Police Assistant Chief Constable Johnny Starbuck and the Rural Crime Team, Assistant Chief Fire Officer Phil Pells and Area Manager Rob Green from Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service, Sharon Ferdinand-Pemberton from eve Domestic Abuse Charity and West Northamptonshire Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Housing and Communities Charlie Hastie.
The panel answered questions on a range of local concerns including anti-social behaviour, theft, wildfires and road safety and discussed actions that could help address them.
