Northamptonshire Women’s Charter

We want to build a county where women and girls know that their safety is our priority.

The Northamptonshire Women’s Charter is a call to action for organisations to show that they are working to make woman and girls safer.

There are simple steps that every organisation can take towards change.

Why you should sign the Women’s Charter

Everyone has a part to play in creating a better culture.

When you sign the Charter, you show that you are listening to the concerns of women and girls and taking action to create respectful and inclusive spaces where they feel safe.
