Decision taken
The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner has taken the decision to purchase the premises based at Baron Avenue, Earls Barton to be refurbished as joint Fire and Police vehicle workshops for the sum of £3.3M (plus VAT). A deposit of 10% will be paid on exchange and the full balance upon completion
following the post judicial review period.
Details of advice taken
Operational advice has been provided by the Chief Fire Officer. Statutory officers have also provided advice.
