Decision taken
The PFCC has agreed the purchase of Units 1-5 Baron Avenue Earls Barton Northamptonshire NN6 0JE.
The contract is on standard commercial terms which have been adapted to meet the specific
circumstances of the purchase relating to the granted planning permission. The contract has a
completion date of 22nd February 2021, but provides that in the event of a judicial review (JR) being
brought in respect of the planning permission, the purchase completion will be delayed until JR has
been determined
