NFRS Decision Record 50 – Type B Contact Variation
Decision taken
The PFCC has agreed the to vary the B Type contract to include additional items following further
discussions with Emergency One (UK) Ltd that have highlighted additional requirements for the B
Types. This variation now includes everything that will be required for the Type B’s and there will be
no further need anticipated.
Details of advice taken
Professional financial and legal advice has been sought to ensure the decision best supports business need and represents value for money.
