Decision taken
The PFCC has taken the decision to agree to the variation to the PPE contract currently held with
Bristol Uniforms for the inclusion of a rescue jacket per fire fighter. The annual cost is projected to
be £42,558.48, however this will be subject to annual CPI and an annual headcount of firefighters.
Over the remaining 6 years of contract the value to be added is £261,000 (+ CPI annual increase).
