NFRS Decision Record 98 – CFRMIS Upgrade with Civica
Decision taken
The decision has been taken to enter into a contract for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service for the provision of the Community Fire Risk Management Information System (CFRMIS) provided by Civica. This system allows for the capture of information around fire attendances and operational response to help minimise risks to fire crews and members of the public. The period of contract shall be 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2026. The value of the contract is up to £147,210 ex VAT.
