Decision taken
Following consideration of the costs of Microsoft Office 365 and Pronto developments, the
PFCC agreed the following allocations from the Invest to Save Reserve:
£90,676 over a 12 month period to support two staff to maximise the implementation and
benefits from Office 365
£82,000 for 2018/19 to supplement the funding already set aside for Pronto development.
Increasing this resource to £150K for the year.
