The decision has been taken to vary a Northamptonshire Police Contract for Software Support and Maintenance with WPC Software Ltd. This contract provides support and maintenance for six software systems for interconnectivity for our Force Control Room. The contract term is from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026. The Contract value is £121,182.07 excluding VAT. The variation value is £825 excluding VAT and takes the overall contract value to £122,007.07 excluding VAT. The Contract term remains the same.
