The decision has been taken to vary and extend a Northamptonshire Police Contract for software licences with Micro Systemation Ltd (MSAB). The contract is being varied to include a backend management software solution. The current contract term is from 18/02/2022 to 24/11/2024. This variation extends the contract by 3 years until 24/11/2027 or until 3 years from the date of
installation of the new software. The value of the variation is £10,733.50 ex VAT. This takes the total contract value to £115,489.50 ex VAT
