The decision has been taken to vary a Northamptonshire Police Contract with St John and Red Cross Defence Medical Welfare Service (DMWS) for the Provision of Psychological and Innovative Health Services. This service provides mental health support for Officers/ Staff with complex mental health needs who are experiencing a high level of trauma following operational incidents.
The contract term is from 22/05/2023 to 21/05/2026 with 2 x 12 month optional extension periods available until 21/05/2028. The value of the contract term including extension periods is up to £2,750,000 excluding VAT. The period of the variation is from 01/04/2025 until 21/05/2026 and the value is up to £13,500 excluding VAT. Taking the overall contract value up to £2,763,500 excluding VAT.
