Decision taken
The decision has been taken to extend and vary a Northamptonshire Police Contract for the provision of servicing and associated spare parts with Calmac Tyres Ltd. This contract is for the provision of servicing and parts for the Fleet Vehicles.
The contract term is from 29/07/2024 to 28/07/2025 with the option of a 12-month extension. The contract value including the extension option is up to £90,000 excluding VAT. The extension option is being enacted from 29/07/2025 to 28/07/2026. The contract is also being varied to add £70,000 excluding VAT to the contract value. This brings the total contract value up to £160,000 excluding VAT. There is no commitment for the Authority to spend this full amount.
