The contract term is from 20/07/2022 to 19/07/2025. The contract value is up to £185,298 excluding VAT. The contract is being varied to extend for a period of 4 months from 20/07/2025 to 19/11/2025. The value of the variation is up to £16,666 excluding VAT. This increases the overall contract value up to £201,964 excluding VAT. The Authority has no commitment to spend the full amount.
