The decision has been taken to vary a Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Contract for Provision of Fuel Cards to AllStar Business Solutions Ltd. Fuel cards are used at diesel and petrol pumps for the vehicle fleet.
The contract term is from 23/03/2024 to 22/03/2026 with 2 x 12-month extension options available until 22/03/2028. The contract value is up to £35,000 excluding VAT per annum / up to £70,000 excluding VAT for the 2-year contract period. The variation is to increase the contract value per annum up to £75,000 excluding VAT. This increases the overall contract value up to £150,000 excluding VAT. The Authority has no commitment to spend the full amount.
