Decision Record 645 – Target Hardening TAR and Contract with Care and Repair
Decision taken
The decision has been taken to award a Northamptonshire Police Contract for the Provision of target hardening services to Care and Repair Northamptonshire Limited. Target hardening services are a package of measures which increase the security of a property to protect victims and enable them to remain in their own home. The contract term is from 10th August 2026 to 19th May 2027 with 2 x 12-month extension options. If both extension options are enacted, the contract end date shall be 19th May 2029 and the contract value shall be up to £191,604.84 ex VAT.
