The contract term is from 29/07/2024 until 28/07/2026. The Contract value is up to £166,666 excluding VAT. The contract is being varied to extend from 29/07/2026 until 28/07/2027 and the value shall increase by up to £83,000 excluding VAT. The revised overall contract value is up to £249,666 excluding VAT. The Authority has no commitment to spend the full amount.
