The decision has been taken to vary a Northamptonshire Police Contract for the provision of servicing and associated spare parts with Calmac Tyres Ltd. This contract is for the provision of servicing and parts for the Fleet Vehicles.
The contract term is from 29/07/2024 until 28/07/2026. The contract value is up to £160,000 excluding VAT. The contract is being varied to extend from 29/07/2026 until 28/07/2027 and the value shall increase by up to £80,000 excluding VAT. The revised overall contract value is up to £240,000 excluding VAT. There is no commitment for the Authority to spend this full amount.
