The contract term is from 21/08/2025 until 20/08/2026. The Contract value is up to £140,000 excluding VAT. The contract is being varied to extend from 21/08/2026 until 20/08/2027. The contract value shall remain the same. The Authority has no commitment to spend the full amount.
