Decision Record 145- Special Services Rates for 2019-20
Decision taken
The PFCC approved the updated special services rates for 2019/20.
These services are chargeable, as allowed for under Section 25 of the Police Act 1996 (as
amended), Section 15 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 and the Local
Authority (Goods and Services) Act 1970. These rates are reviewed and updated yearly in
accordance with National Policing Guidelines on Charging for Police Services, which provides
guidance on cost recovery.
