Decision taken
A decision has been taken to vary a police contract with CDW for the provision of Microsoft licences to include additional licences which are required for use with the Portfolio tool. The Portfolio tool is a project management tool which the Force are installing. The contract duration is 3 years from 1st April 2022 until 31st March 2025. The maximum cost for the additional licences is £8064 ex VAT taking the maximum total value of the contract to £3,555,127.70 ex VAT.
