Decision Record 313 Digital Executive Leadership Licences with Gartner
Decision taken
Following a compliant procurement process the decision has been taken to award a contract for the provision of Research Services to Gartner UK Limited. The procurement exercise was undertaken jointly on behalf of both services to ensure economies of scale and value for money.
Gartner research services are used to support the digital and technology team with expert advice, shared innovation and research to help inform activity and projects within the department. The initial Contract period shall be 01 November 2022 to 31 October 2024 with extension options of two further 12 month periods. The total contract value if both extensions are used will be
£620,400 ex VAT/£744,480 inc VAT which includes both police and fire costs. The contract value for Northamptonshire Police is £536,646 ex VAT and the contract value for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service is £83,754 ex VAT.
