The decision was taken to vary the Northamptonshire Police Contract for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) HR Module with Softcat PLC, to include the build of various HR reporting tools.
The contract term is from 29th March 2021 to 28th March 24 with an extension of 12 months taking the whole contract term to 28th March 2025. This variation does not alter this term. The original contract value was £774,497 ex VAT, this variation of £16,059 ex VAT increases the value to £790,556 ex VAT.
