The original contract term was for 12 months from 01/09/2022 until 31/08/2023 and the value was £102,000 ex VAT. The contract was extended by 12 months from 01/09/2023 until 31/08/2024 and the value of the extension was £102,000 ex VAT. This extension increases the contract term by a further 12 months from 01/09/2024 until 31/08/2025 and the value is £102,000 ex VAT. This takes the
total contract value to £306,000 ex VAT.
