The decision has been taken to vary a Northamptonshire Police Contract for Fleet Purchases with Volkswagen UK. This Contract will allow the Fleet Department to purchase vehicles and parts when required.
The Contract term is from 18/09/2023 to 17/09/2027. The Contract value is up to £1,000,000 excluding VAT. The value of variation is up to £540,000 excluding VAT from 27/06/2025 to 17/09/2027. This increases the overall Contract value up to £1,540,000 excluding VAT. There is no commitment for the Authority to spend this full amount.
