The decision has been taken to extend a Northamptonshire Police Contract for Supply of Conversions, Conversion Parts, Livery, Emergency Lighting and Signage with PressFab Evo Ltd. This is for the provision of conversion and accessories for Fleet Vehicles.
The contract term is from 29/07/2024 to 28/07/2025 with a 1 x 12-month extension option. The initial contract value is up to £60,000 excluding VAT. The extension is from 29/07/2025 to 28/07/2026 and the value is up to £60,000 excluding VAT. This takes the overall contract value up to £120,000 excluding VAT. There is no commitment for the Authority to spend the full amount.
