Decision taken
The PCC has a statutory obligation to commission a service for victims. Following a detailed evaluation of the options the PCC decided to set up a separate legal entity to deliver this service moving forwards (covered under a separate Decision Record). The previous contract with Victim Support reached a conclusion and following contract management discussions the following
monies were returned to the PCC by Victim Support.

Performance reporting £10k
Saturday working £2,410
Total £36,410. This amount includes VAT.
