Decision Record 83- Provision of Invictus Case Management System for Voice
Decision taken
To extend by one year the current provision of ‘lnvictus’ which is the initial case management
and triage system for Voice for Victims and Witnesses. In addition to this, the contract for this
provision will transfer to Voice for Victims and Witnesses Limited following the realignment
of functions.
