JOB TITLE: Director Performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead strategically and coordinate the key priorities for the Commissioner, ensuring delivery against their key strategies and goals.
Overall strategic lead for the PFCC on Performance and Governance matters, enabling them to hold to account top leaders in police and fire and to fulfil their leadership role across the county.
Lead and manage the OPFCCs Performance Directorate, working collegiately across OPFCC teams to fully deliver on statutory responsibilities.
