JOB TITLE: Director of Targeted Support
RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead strategically and coordinate the key priorities for the Commissioner, ensuring delivery against their key strategies and goals.
Working as principal advocate for the OPFCC with key children’s service leaders, partnerships and the wider Early Help system across the county.
Lead and manage the Commissioner’s Targeted Support services, incorporating delivery of targeted youth support teams and community justice ensuring high-quality front-line support services for children, young people and families.
Lead on operational and strategic safeguarding for the OPFCC, acting as the Designated Safeguarding Officer, providing advice and guidance on policy and practice.
