Yellow hi-vis vest with 'IMMEDIATE JUSTICE' in black on the back

Find out about our Immediate Justice Team and the work they do to repair harm to our communities in our new briefing.

The Immediate Justice programme offers people who have committed low-level crimes an alternative to prosecution. Offenders who are referred to the programme by police are given the opportunity to avoid being charged in court and instead repair harm they have caused to communities by completing a minimum of 4 hours work cleaning up our public spaces.

The programme has now delivered 1500 hours of reparative work in over 70 locations across Northamptonshire since its inception in December 2023.

You can read the briefing and find out about more about other services provided by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Danielle Stone on the Our Work page.
