Decision taken
The decision has been taken to vary and extend a Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue contract with Arval t/a Allstar Business Solutions Ltd for the provision of fuel cards. Fuel cards are payment cards which are restricted to the purchase of fuel. The current contract term is from 8th May 2019 to 22nd March 2023 which included two 12 month extensions. The contract value including the extension years is £102,000 ex VAT. The variation covers the period 23rd March 2022 to 23rd March 2023 and increases the contract value by £20,908 ex VAT. The extension covers the period 23rd March 2023 to 22nd March 2024 and increases the contract value by up to £31,380 ex VAT. This variation and extension take the overall contract value to up to £154,288 ex VAT.
