The decision was taken to utilise the Final Extension Year of the Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Authority Contract for Road Traffic Accident (RTC} Vehicles with Burtons Car Disposal Ltd, which covers the provision of damaged cars to help facilitate training for Fire Fighters on RTC attendance.
The Original Contract term was from 14TH October 2019 to 13TH October 2022 with 2 optional 12-month extension periods. The original contract value was £130,057.50 ex VAT, this final 12 month extension of £27,234 ex VAT increases the total value to £163,712 ex VAT.
