The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner has taken the decision to agree a Single Tender
Authorisation to award to the provision of Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Boat Operator
(SFRBO) revalidation to Plas Menai at a cost of £34,200 based on candidate numbers. SFRBO
revalidation must be undertaken every year and providers must be Rescue 3 uk approved.
