Decision Taken
The decision has been taken to extend a Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service contract for the provision of smoke alarms with Fire Angel Safety Technology Limited.
The original contract term was for 2 years from 01/07/2024 until 30/06/2023 and the value was £50,000 ex VAT. The Contract was extended by 12 months from 01/07/2023 until 30/06/2024 and the value of the extension was £29,744 ex VAT.
This extension increases the contract term by a further 12 months from 01/07/2024 until 30/06/2025 and the value is £30,058 ex VAT. This takes the total contract value to £109,802 ex VAT.
