The decision has been taken to award a contract with Canon for the provision of Multi-function Devices across Northamptonshire Police Force and Northants Fire Rescue Service Estates this enables the Estates to remain operational.
The contract term is from the 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2025 with an option of 2×12 month extensions.
The total contract value is a up to value for Northamptonshire Police £250,072.59 excluding VAT and NFRS is up to value of £1,539.61 excluding VAT with total value of £251,612.20. The extension years will be confirmed should these be used.
