Decision taken
Following transfer of Fire Governance to the PFCC on the 1 January 2019, the PFCC agreed
the Opening Balance Sheet with NCC. The following points are highlighted:
At the time of agreement, the S106 arrangements had not been finalised. These would be
concluded after the balance sheet date.
The PFCC has determined that no interest will be payable on the balance due to NCFRA from
NCC
