To agree to the purchase of a mobile Cobra unit at a cost £39,087 plus maintenance costs of £4,500 over 3 years for one service per year. The cost of this unit can be made by drawing from credits NRFS have built up with Cold Cut System. This unit will provide additional resilience and provide opportunities to utilise the unit for commercial purposes.
