Decision taken
To amend the Section 22 Agreement that underpins the East Midlands Police Legal Unit (EMPLU) to enable EMPLU to provide Legal Services to the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire acting as the Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Authority at a cost of £20,000 per annum. This arrangement will provide Northamptonshire Fire and Service with legal services and will be reviewed annually and the Head of EMPLU will provide quarterly updates to PFCC on the work undertaken.
