reference to Belinda Ferrison House at The Mounts Fire Station, Northampton. This agreement relates
to the agreement as part of the transfer from NCC to his office. The freehold was transferred and the
agreed lease refers to the final arrangements and agreement in relation to the flat at Belinda Ferrison
House.
