NFRS Decision Record 78 NCFRA Firefighters Apprenticeship Contract Variation
Decision taken
Approve the variation of the contract for the provision of training through the Apprenticeship programme run by Fire Service College (Capita) for new recruits as set out in NFRS Decision Record 75. The contract will now add an additional of 2 additional FF apprenticeships to the existing contract with a value increase of £35,800 (Levy= £28k, NFRS costs= £7,800). The total spend of the contract will now be £250,600 (Levy= £196,000 NFRS = £54,600)
