Decision Record 322 Variation to EAP with Health Assured
Decision taken
To vary the existing Employee Assistance Programme {EAP) for Northamptonshire Police that is currently in place with Health Assured. This is to increase the number of clinical group and individual sessions to be offered to officers and staff in predominately high-risk roles. The value of the contract
will increase by £78,000 up to £234,514 excluding VAT and will expire 30 September 2023. This is in line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Clause 72.lbiii.

Professional operational, financial and commercial advice has been sought to ensure the decision best supports operational needs and represents value for money.
