The decision has been taken to enter into a contract with Head-Light Limited for Northamptonshire Police for the provision of Performance Development Review, Talent Management and 360 Feedback software. The period of Contract shall be 01 March 2023 to 28 February 2025. There is a 12 month extension option available taking the ultimate contract end date to 28 February 2026. The total value of the contract if the extension year is used will be £115,050 excluding VAT.
