Decision taken
To agree a variation in the contract signed by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for
Northamptonshire and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The proposed
change will amend a KPI in the contract so that it is more reflective of the outcomes both
parties want to deliver and better matches the model already in place.
