Decision taken
To extend the existing Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for Northamptonshire Police that is currently in place with Health Assured for 12 months from 1st April 2024 until 31st March 2025 as agreed within the original contract. The value of the contract will increase by £28,537.85 excluding VAT and increase the contract value to £263,052.25 excluding VAT.
