To vary a contract with Softcat PLC forVirtualised Data centre and Hyperconverged infrastructure. This variation is for migration of VMWARE to Nutanix AHV system with support of professional engineering assistance on call down days to assist at key points for Northamptonshire Police to ensure continuity of deployment and to avoid further increased costs from VMWARE. The contract period is approved 1st July 2021 to 30th June 2026. The value of this variation will increase the contract by a up to value of £13,250.00 excl VAT and will bring the overall contract value up to £784,683.56 excl VAT.
