The contract term is from 29/07/2024 to 28/07/2025. The Contract value is up to £200,000 excluding VAT. This contract is being varied to extend from 29/07/2025 to 28/07/2026 and the contract value is decreasing to £177,000 excluding VAT. This corrects an administration error to the original contract value and Decision Record Number 489. The Authority has no commitment to spend the full amount.
