The decision has been taken to award a Northamptonshire Police Contract for the Provision of Laptops, Desktops and Monitors to Softcat PLC. This contract is for the purchase of replacement IT hardware as required by the organisation. It is a Joint Contract with Northants Fire and Rescue Service.
The contract term is from 14/11/2025 to 13/11/2026 and there are 2x 12 month extension options available. The Contract value is £3.9 million excluding VAT. The Police element of this Contract value is £3.6 million excluding VAT. This includes the extension options.
