Decision taken
The decision has been taken to award a contract with Same Day PLC Guardian Service for the provision of Hazardous Waste across Northamptonshire Police Force and Northants Fire Rescue Service Estates this enables the Estates to benefit from a consistent approach and economic value.
The contract term is from the 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 with the option of two (2) x12 months to extend the first 12 months until 31 December 2028 and the second 12 months until 31 December 2029.
The contract value of two (2) years is for an up to value for £97,000 excluding VAT. The first 12 months extension option has an up to value of £55,350 excluding VAT. The second 12 months extension option has an up to value of £61,685 excluding VAT.
The total value of the contract is up to £214,035 excluding VAT if all extension options are enacted.
