The decision has been taken to award a joint Contract (Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service) for Provision of PDR, 360 feedback and Talent Management to Headlight Limited. The PDR, 360 feedback and Talent Management Software ensures quality of service, and the system is integral to managing performance of all Officers and Staff and succession planning for future.
The contract term is from 01.03.2026 to 28.02.2029, with an optional 12 month extension until 28.02.2030. The Contract value is £189, 742 excluding VAT for Northamptonshire Police. If the 12 month extension is utilised, the contract value is £242,656 excluding VAT for Police.
