The decision has been taken to award a Northamptonshire Police Contract for the Provision of mental health nurses to the Force Control Room to Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The nurses help Officers dealing with people in mental health crisis, support risk assessments and provide information to assist with deployment and resolution decisions.
The contract term is from 5th July 2024 to 4th July 2027 and there are 2 x 12 month extension options. The value of the initial three year period is up to £689,464.40 ex VAT.
